This Fulfillment Policy describes the terms and conditions for service fulfillment when Stripe is used as the payment method on our platform. By using our services and paying through Stripe, you agree to follow this Fulfillment Policy.
Most of our products and services will be purchased with a written contract. The written contract supersedes this policy in all cases
Delivery Time
We will begin processing your order prompty after checkout. Delivery of the services purchased will vary depending on the services purchased. Typical orders for physical goods will be delivered within 2 weeks of payment received in full - special order and items out of stock will take longer.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Generally, we follow a no refund policy.
In the event a special order product is backordered or out of stock and the information on an estimated delivery date was not provided in the initial quote, customer may request a refund prior to shipment in the event the delivery date is expected to be more than 2 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
For physical orders, customer may cancel within 24 hours by sending an email to support@stinkintechnology.com.
For service orders, customer may cancel at the end of the initial or current term by providing a 30 day notice prior to renewal.
